Duplicates taking over your dashboard?

 

Maximizer CRM is a great way to be more efficient in the workplace. With the inevitable predicaments we may find ourselves in from time to time due to human error, one often has to do more cleaning up than usual.

Maximizer CRM makes removing duplicates a breeze with the added functionality of combining duplicate entries in one contact. A duplicate may have been added with new information or updated stipulations that pertain to a specific contact that you don’t want to lose.

You can use the Combine Selected Entries procedure to combine the information from a source entry or multiple source entries into a target entry. You also have the option to keep the source entries or to delete the source entries. All information is copied to the target entry without over-writing any of the original information in the entry.

Simply find your duplicates in your address book and select the contacts you want to combine, as shown below.
